Are your candles natural?

Yes — our wax blend is made from 100% plant-based materials (soy & coconut), with clean, high-quality fragrance oils that meet strict safety standards.

Are the vessels handmade?

Absolutely. Each vessel is handcrafted and unique.
Minor variations in color and texture are part of our artisanal identity.

Do your candles contain paraffin or harmful ingredients?

No. We never use paraffin, phthalates, or unsafe chemicals.
Our scents are free from the 12 toxic carcinogens banned in the U.S.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn time depends on size, but on average:

Small: ~20–25 hours

Medium: ~45–55 hours

Large: ~80–90+ hours

Proper care (especially trimming the wick) increases burn time.

Why wooden wicks?

Wooden wicks create a soft crackling sound, burn cleaner, and provide a warm, luxurious ambiance.

Can I return or exchange a candle?

Unused and unopened candles can be returned within 14 days.

What if my candle arrived damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace it.

When will my order ship?

Handmade vessels may take up to 14 business days to prepare.
We always try to ship as fast as possible.

How do I clean and reuse the vessel?

Once the candle is finished:

Remove leftover wax

Wash with warm water + soap

Enjoy as a cup, planter, vase, or decor object
