At Gemma, each candle vessel is handcrafted with care, and every candle is poured by hand — we believe in slow, intentional creation.
Because of this artisanal process, please allow time for your order to be prepared with the attention it deserves.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–14 business days.
Handmade vessels may take up to 14 business days to ship, depending on production volume and availability.

We will always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

🇮🇱 Israel Shipping

• Standard delivery: 25₪

• Free shipping on orders over 400₪

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Israel.
Delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or courier circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup (Tel Aviv/center region) may be offered when available.
You will be contacted directly to coordinate collection time.

Damaged Packages

We carefully package each item to ensure safe arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the delivery address or modify items.
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
